Send Off Procedures

STEP 1.

In the event of a match incident or sending a player off, make sure you have completed the charge sheets, copies have been issued to correct people and game sheet has been filled in and signed off by all relevant parties.

STEP 2.

On your first available opportunity after your last game contact association secretary to notify of incident and that report will be fourth coming.

STEP 3.

Complete the online incident report form and submit no later than Sunday night of that weekend.

STEP 4.

Confirm with secretary your availability for possible judiciary appearance.
